PSP establishes UPLIX joint venture to advance integrated HRD and safety solutions
PSP expands into safety and human resource development services through UPLIX, a joint venture built on industrial and safety expertise.
P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited, or PSP, is expanding business opportunities into safety services and human resource development through the establishment of UPLIX Company Limited, a joint venture that builds on PSP’s long-standing industrial expertise and safety standards.
The joint venture reflects a strategy to create new growth from the strengths of the core business. UPLIX Company Limited has registered capital of THB 20 million, with PSP holding a 70% stake, to provide services that meet the needs of industrial plants and modern organizations.
UPLIX focuses on three integrated service groups: SHE Academy for safety, occupational health, and environmental training; Safety Equipment for sourcing and distributing personal protective equipment and factory safety equipment; and HRD Solutions for human resource development, including upskilling and reskilling programs that strengthen organizational capability.
With industrial investment trends in Thailand’s central and eastern regions, along with increasingly stringent legal and safety standards, UPLIX is positioned as a partner that helps organizations improve safety, compliance, and systematic workforce capability development.
The company aims for UPLIX to become another business that creates new revenue and strengthens the PSP group, targeting more than THB 100 million in revenue by 2028 while expanding services to existing industrial customers and new customer groups in the future.
